Marie Curie partners with Farewill to help make the Will-writing process easy for their supporters. The charity offers you the chance to get your will sorted easily, and for free, online or over the phone. The kind gifts that many supporters choose to include in their will allow Marie Curie to plan for the future, and continue to provide expert end of life care.

Who is paying for the Will?

Marie Curie covers the cost of simple standard Wills sold as part of the Marie Curie free Will-writing service.

Do I need to include a gift in my Will to Marie Curie?

There’s no obligation to include a gift in your Will to Marie Curie when you use the free Will-writing service, but they would hugely appreciate your support in this way.

Did you know, gifts in Wills fund over a third of Marie Curie’s voluntary income? Without gifts in Wills, 16,600 people wouldn't receive the vital care and support that they need from Marie Curie.

We encourage everyone benefitting from using the free Will-writing offer to consider including a percentage of their estate to Marie Curie, after ensuring their loved ones’ needs are looked after.

What will Marie Curie do with my gift?

Marie Curie is here to provide a better end of life for more people, whatever the illness.

Did you know, every five minutes someone in the UK dies without the care and support they need? That’s 150,000 people every year. And by 2048, the need for end of life care will have increased by up to 25%.

Including a gift in your Will is one of the most powerful ways to help Marie Curie close the gap in end of life care. Your gift could be used to help fund expert care at a Marie Curie Hospice, or in people’s homes. It could also be used to fund Marie Curie’s Support Line, the Companions service, or even fund research and campaigns which push for change in policy to close the care gap.
